浙江省市、县疾控机构免疫预防冷链设备调查

TI: An Study on Current Cold Chain Conditions of the Municipal and County level in Zhejiang Province

目的:了解浙江省市、县二级疾控机构免疫预防冷链装备和使用,找出不足之处,以利改进。方法:采用调查表形式对全省各市、县(市、区)疾控机构免疫预防冷链设备和使用情况进行调查。结果:浙江全省11个市、有5个市没有冷藏车,8个市没有疫苗运输箱;低温冷库和普通冷库面积平均每市仅5.6m2和14.6m2;低温冰箱和普通冰箱中已使用10年以上的比例分别为55.8%和31.8%.县级疾控机构情况类似。结论:浙江省市、县疾控机构的冷链设备没有达到相关管理要求,存在设备不足、经费短缺、管理水平低下等问题。建议增加专项经费投入,添置必要的冷链设备,提高相关专业人员技能和管理水平。

Objectives In order to understand the current situation of cold chain of EPI （Expanded program on Immunization） in Zhejiang Province, and ameliorate it effectively. Methods An investigation for overall municipal, county＇s centers for disease control and prevention in our province were carried out in june 2003. Results According to the relevant request, the overall level of cold chain equipment in Zhejiang province had yet to achieve the target, Moroever, the special equipment was shortage of funds, and in the poor management also. Discussion In response to these problems, we suggest that some corresponding counter measures should be undertaken to improve the existing situation, including enhancing the level of equipment management, more rational and efficient use of equipment, improving the quality of the relevant sections, and so on.
