肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折近期疗效观察

The short-term follow-up of LPHP for treatment of the comminuted fractures of proximal humerus

目的探讨肱骨近端锁定接骨板内固定治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折的疗效。方法2004年1月至2006年9月对43例肱骨近端粉碎性骨折予以锁定接骨板内固定治疗，术后早期功能锻炼。结果经6个月随访，1例肱骨头缺血性坏死。根据Neer评分标准，平均83分（39～95分），其中优29例，良8例，中5例，差1例，优良率86％。结论肱骨近端锁定接骨板对于肱骨近端粉碎性骨折是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the curative effects of locking proximal humerus bone plate in the treatment of proximal humerrus crash fractures. Methods Forty - three cases of proximal humerus crash fracture were treated with a lockingproximal humerus plate from January 2004 to September 2006. Early rehabilitation after operation was performed. Results Forty - three cases were followed up for 6 months on the average, and 1 case developed an avascular necrosis of the humeral head. According to the Neer Score,the average for all fractures was 83 （39 to 95）. The clinical result was excellent in 29 cases, good in 8 cases ,fair in 5 cases, and bad in 1 case. The fineness rate was 86%. Conclusion The locking proximal humerus plate is a safe and useful device for treatment of comminuted fracture of proximal crash humerus.
