摘要 利用植物效能分析仪,研究水分胁迫对冬小麦叶绿素a荧光动力学参数的影响。结果表明,水分胁迫下冬小麦叶绿素a荧光动力学参数中,可变荧光(Fv)下降,光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)原初光能转换效率(Fv/Fm)和PSⅡ的潜在活性(Fv/F0)降低。Fv,Fv/Fm和Fv/F0在水分胁迫各处理的变化趋势为N>L。随着水分胁迫强度的加剧,Fv,Fv/Fm和Fv/F0值也明显变小。 By applying analyzer of plant efficacy,the authors studied the effect of water stress on the kinetic parameters of fluorescence in chlorophyll a of wheat. The results indicated that, variable fluorescence (Fv) among kinetic parameters of fluorescence in chlorophyll of wheat comes down under water stress;efficiency of primary light energy conversion, which can be shown by the ratio of variable fluorescence to maximal fluorescence (Fv/Fm), of photosystem Ⅱ reduces; potential activity,which can be shown by the ratio of variable fluorescence to minimal fluorescence (Fv/F0),of photosystem Ⅱ reduces;Fv, Fv/Fm and Fv/F0 change differently under different extent of water stress in the order as follows: normal irrigation〉insufficient irrigation; the values of Fv,Fv/Fm, and Fv/F0 decrease obviously with the increase of the intensity of water stress.
