摘要
用香草醛法测定了30尾不同性别鳜鱼血清总脂含量,结果表明,17尾雄性鳜鱼平均总脂含量为728.2mg·100mL-1,13尾雌性鳜鱼平均总脂含量为1 047.6 mg·100mL-1;t=2.805 4>t0.01(28)=2.763 3,表明雌性鳜鱼血清总脂含量显著高于雄性鳜鱼。
The content of serum total lipid in 30 mandarin fish （Siniperca chuatsi） was determined by the method of vanillin. Tile result indicates that the mean of the total lipid content in seventeen male mandarin fishes was 728.2±57.2 mg·100mL^-1, which in 13 female was 1 047.6±106.9 mg·100mL^-1. After t testing （t=2.805 4〉t0.01（28）=2.763 3）, the result showed that the total lipid content in female fish was higher than that in male fish significantly.
