摘要 为制备新型无源干扰材料,采用化学镀方法在碳纤维布表面沉积金属银。研究了化学镀银液的配方组分及施镀温度、施镀时间等工艺参数对化学镀银碳纤维布增重率的影响,并研究了施镀时间与镀银碳纤维布导电性之间的关系。较理想的碳纤维布化学镀银工艺为10.5g/L硝酸银、100mL/L氨水、10g/L氢氧化钠、22.5g/L葡萄糖、50mL/L乙醇,施镀温度20°C,施镀时间10min。所得碳纤维布化学镀银镀覆均匀,光泽性好,镀层结合力强,导电性好。 To prepare a new passive jamming material, Ag coating was deposited on the surface of carbon fiber fabric by electroless plating process. The effects of formula components and process parameters such as plating temperature and plating time on mass-gain rate of Ag deposited carbon fiber fabric were analyzed. The relationship between plating time and electrical conductivity of Ag coated carbon fiber fabric was also studied. The optimal electroless Ag plating process for carbon fiber fabric was obtained as follows: 10.5 g/L AgNO3, 100 mL/L NH3.H2O, 10 g/L NaOH, 22.5 g/L C6H12O6, 50 mL/L C2H5OH, plating temperature of 20 ℃ and time of 10 min. The electroless Ag deposit obtained is uniform, and has bright luster, strong adhesion and good electrical conductivity.
