摘要
信息技术哲学是信息时代的技术哲学:它可以是一般技术哲学的具体化,从而是一种部门技术哲学;它也可以是已经兴起的计算机哲学、数字哲学、赛博哲学、逻辑机器哲学、网络哲学等等的概括;而更重要的,它还应该是技术哲学的新形态或当代形态。在走向信息技术哲学的过程中,我们会面临许多新的问题,尤其是技术观的转型问题,对这些问题的探讨,使得信息技术哲学正在为技术哲学展示新的前景。
IT philosophy （Philosophy of Information Technology）is the philosophy of technology in the information age： It could be the embodiment of general philosophy of technology and becomes a branch of it. It also could be the generalization of the philosophy of computer, digital philosophy, philosophy of cyberspace, philosophy of logic machines, philosophy of network, and so on , which have risen in our time. More importantly, It is the new forms or contemporary forms of philosophy of technology. In the process of moving towards IT philosophy, we will face many new issues, particularly the transformation of the viewpoint of technology. By studying these issues, IT philosophy is displaying the new prospects of philosophy of technology.
