塑料厂发泡机PLC控制系统的设计

The Design of PLC System for the Foaming Machine in the Plastics Factory

根据发泡机工艺特点和其对系统自保护和自恢复等功能的技术要求，本文利用可编程序控制器实现了其控制功能。设计了PLC控制梯形图，编制了相应的控制程序。近两年的现场应用结果表明，该PLC控制系统工作可靠，操作方便，极大地提高了劳动生产率。

According to the technological features of the foaming machine and technical requirements of self-protection and self-resumption for the system,the control is realized by the PLC system. The corresponding ladder diagram is designed and the control program is accomplished. The application result shows that this PLC control system isreliable,easy to operate and greatly improves the productivity.
