针对刀具管理与刀具监控相互脱节的问题,创建了集成状态监测、故障诊断、刀具管理的刀具管控一体化系统平台,详细分析了系统的功能并提出了系统实现的关键技术。

Aiming at the problem of disjointedness between tool management and tool monitoring, the platform of tool management and control integrative system that integrates the state monitoring and fault diagnosis and tool management is created, the functions of tool management and control integrative system is analyzed, particularly and some pivotal technology to realize the system are put forward.
