摘要 行动研究是一种探索性的科学研究;是一组有关人员合作找到存在的问题,采取一定的措施和行动来解决这个问题,观察他们所做的努力的效果如何,从而采取进一步的行动。通过深入分析行动研究的本质以及行动研究在教育领域中的应用等问题,力求为采用行动研究的教育工作者提供理论指导。 Action research is an exploratory scientific study, in which a group of relevant personnel cooperatively finds the existing problems and takes effective measures and actions to solve the problems, observing the effect of their effort and taking further action. This thesis makes deep analysis on the essence of action research and the application of action research in the educational field, and then offer theoretical guidance for educators who adopt the action research.
