Action research is an exploratory scientific study, in which a group of relevant personnel cooperatively finds the existing problems and takes effective measures and actions to solve the problems, observing the effect of their effort and taking further action. This thesis makes deep analysis on the essence of action research and the application of action research in the educational field, and then offer theoretical guidance for educators who adopt the action research.
