核心期刊的功能泛化与学术评价的制度缺失

On the Extension of the Function of Core Periodicals and the Imperfection of Accademic Evaluation System

核心期刊的认定是一项建立在文献数量分布基础上的应用研究成果,目前已被普遍推行为学术评价的标准,并由此而引起学界较大的争议。究其原因是由于我们尚缺乏一种比较公认的学术评价体系以至于人为地泛化了核心期刊的评价功能而造成的。要改变这种状况,应进一步深化对核心期刊的研究,建立和完善科学的学术评价制度,以适应核心期刊的自身发展,满足社会的迫切需要。

The recognition of Core Periodicals is a kind of application research results based on the quality distribution of the documents, which is universally used as the criterium of accademic evaluation. This caused great controversy in accademic field. It is caused by the shortage of an acknowledged accademic evaluation system so that the evaluating funcition of core periodicals is extended. To change this situation, we should deepen the studies on core periodicals, establish and perfect a scientific system of accademic evaluation so as to adapt to the development of core periodicals and meet the urgent need of society.
