摘要
讨论了干熄焦锅炉爆管、密封及膨胀问题产生的原因,并提出了相应的改进措施。新型干熄焦锅炉的受热面是悬吊式的,其膨胀性好,克服了传统干熄焦锅炉由于受热面采用支承的方式而带来的拱式变形及两端处的涡流磨损的缺陷。采用了膜式水冷壁,可吸收烟气中约10% ̄15%的能量,从而提高了发电效率。
The occurrence reasons of the boiler tube explosion, sealing and expansion issues are discussed and respective improvement measures are put forward. The heated surface of new type of CDQ boiler is of suspended type, the boiler expansion characteristic is uniform, it overcomes defect of conventional CDQ boiler that arch deformation and vortex wear at both ends caused by adopting supporting mode of heated surface. With diaphragm type water-cooling wall, about 10%-15% energy in fume can be absorbed, there-fore the power generation rate can be increased.
