摘要
从城市规划法律意识的转变、城市规划立足点的转变、城市规划控制方式的转变、城市政府建设行为的转变、城市规划公众参与方式的转变以及城市规划师职业态度的转变等六个方面分析与讨论了《物权法》对城市规划的影响。
This paper analyzes the impact of the Property Law on the transformation of urban planning in six aspects： law consciousness, value, control-ling mode, government＇s role, public participation, and planners＇ professional attitude.
