摘要
查阅了1993年以来的十几篇中英文文献,对国外学者在职业倦怠定义的界定及职业倦怠表现出来的典型特征、国外学者教练员职业倦怠的判定及测量方法、国内外学者对教练员职业倦怠的研究现状进行了综述,指出教练员职业倦怠研究现状的不足以及未来研究的方向。
The author has consulted a dozen of Chinese and English literature on burnout published since 1993. This paper surveys the definitions, characteristics, measuring methods of professional burnout, and the present research situation of occupational burnout of the coaches. This paper points out deficiencies in the study going on in China and beyond and the way of future research.
