摘要
冷却器是电力变压器的重要组件之一,它可对电力变压器运行过程中产生的热量进行散热冷却,保证变压器连续正常运行。为此,结合韶关发电厂10号主变压器某次冲洗冷却器散热面前后变压器油温所发生的明显变化,说明散热面的清洁程度影响变压器冷却器的冷却能力,指出应重视冷却器散热面的清洁维护工作。同时针对目前大功率变压器冷却器结构上存在的问题,提出了改造建议,以实现利用天然雨水进行清洁散热面的目的,并对在运变压器提出定期在线冲洗冷却器散热面的建议和措施。

In combination with the notable changes in transformer oil temperature before and after rinsing the cooler heat-dissipating surface of Main Transformer No, 10 in Shaoguan Power Plant, it is indicated that the cleanliness of the heat-dissipating surface affects the cooling performance of the transformer cooler, and the cleaning and maintenance of the cooler heat-dissipating surface should be stressed, To solve the problems in the structure of the high-power transformer cooler, modifying measures are proposed so as to utilize rain to cleanse the heatdissipating surface. Periodic on-line rinsing of the cooler heat-dissipating surface is also suggested for transformers in operation.
