长篇小说《倪焕之》版本评议

Comment on the editions of the long novel Ni Huanzhi

叶圣陶的长篇小说《倪焕之》有四个重要版本,比较可见:后出的版本语言比前出的版本精粹一些;人民文学出版社的1953年版比之于1958年版,前者思想艺术较为完整,后者语言较为精粹,整体上保存了原貌,恢复的8章虽比较粗糙,也具有一定的认识作用。

There are 4 editions about the long novel Ni Huanzhi by Ye Shengtao. Comparing them with each other, we find the laters are terser than the formers. The edition pressed by People＇s Literary Press in 1953 is more complete in thinking art than the one in 1958 ,but the one in 1958 is terser in language than the one in 1953, remaining the original style. Though the 8 chapters recovered seem rough, they also have some functions in cognition.
