高敏C反应蛋白联合血脂检测对冠心病的预测价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的通过检测40~55岁健康人血脂及高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平,结合心电图室平板运动试验,探讨hs-CRP、血脂与心血管疾病的相关性。方法应用全自动生化仪,采用酶法检测血清血脂4项(CHOL,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C);采用乳胶增强免疫(超敏)比浊法检测血清hs-CRP;活动平板运动试验结果由心电图室提供。结果活动平板试验阳性人群hs-CRP、血脂水平异常增高;活动平板运动试验阴性人群中有一部分人脂类正常而hs-CRP水平异常增高,预示心血管疾病潜在高危险性。结论hs-CRP联合血脂检测对健康人心血管病变的存在和发生心血管意外的高风险具有预测价值。 Objective To investigate the relationship between high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP),the levels of lipids and cardiovascular diseases in healthy people with the age of 40- 55. Methods Four kinds of serum lipids(CHOL, TG.HDL-C and LDL-C) were detected by automatic biochemical enzyme analysis. Serum hs-CRP was measured by latexenhanced immunoturbidimetic assay, The treadmill exercise test was examined in electrocardiography department. Results People were positive to treadmill test showed increase levels of hs-CRP and lipids;while some people were negative in treadmill test also revealed increased level of hs-CRP although with the normal levels of lipids. Conclusion The combination of hs-CRP and serum lipids could hint existence cardiovascular diseases in healthy people.
