簇蛋白在前列腺上皮细胞凋亡中的表达和作用

摘要 目的探讨簇蛋白在前列腺上皮细胞凋亡过程中的表达和作用,及与转化生长因子β1(transforming growth factor β1,TGF-β1)的关系。方法取10只实验犬,分别于去势前及去势后近期(<15d)和去势后远期(>15d)取前列腺组织制成石蜡切片,通过免疫组织化学检测前列腺组织中簇蛋白的表达及其表达部位,同时检测TGF-β1的表达。结果去势后近期(<15d)与去势前的簇蛋白表达有显著性的差异,去势后远期(>15d)与去势前簇蛋白的表达没有显著性差异;TGF-β1的表达也是如此。结论簇蛋白的表达与前列腺上皮细胞凋亡有关,和TGF-β1表达存在一定的相关性。 Objective To study the expression and role of clusterin in apoptosis of prostatic epithelial cell and the association with TGF-β1. Methods 10 canines were operated prostatic biopsy before castration and the near future after castration (〈15 days), long-term after castration (〉15 days). Prostate tissue was imbedded in paraffin and cut into sections. The expressions of clusterin and TGF-β1 were detected by immunochemical technique. Results There is significant difference between the expression of clusterin before castration and in the near future after castration (〈15 days). However, there is no significant difference between clusterin before castration and long-term after castration (〉 15 days). So is TGF-β1. Conclusion Clusterin is related with apoptosis of prostatic epithelium. Clusterin and TGF-β1 express in epithelial cells and exists a content of correlation.
