摘要
利用氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁制备了阻燃沥青,通过沥青三大指标评价了阻燃剂对沥青物理性能的影响,并利用SHRP试验及热分析方法对阻燃沥青高温、低温性能及阻燃机理进行了研究。结果表明:阻燃剂的加入可以提高沥青的粘性,提高其抗高温性能;在掺量为15%左右时下以提高沥青抗低温开裂的能力;无机阻燃剂能有效减少沥青的热解数量,有利于减少有毒气体的生成,起到良好的阻燃效果。
Flame flame-retardant on thermal analysis were retardant asphalt with Al (OH)3 and Mg (OH)2 were prepared. The effect of the ysical properties of the flame-retardant asphalt were investigated. SHRP test and taken to investigated the high temperature performance,low temperature performance and flame-retardancy property of flame-retardant asphalt. The results showed that the high temperature performance of flame-retardant asphalt was improved. When the dosage of flame-retardant is 15%, the low temperature performance of asphalt was also improved. Inorganic flame-retardant can cut down the produce of poisonous gas, and can obtain preferably flame-retardancy property.
