Development and Application of Spray Refractory for Blast Furnace Lining

摘要 以合成莫来石、刚玉为主料,以Secar71、CTC20、Elekm96为附加原料,添加膨胀剂、促烧剂、减水剂、防爆剂,研制开发了高炉喷涂料,通过优选原料、颗粒组成,使喷涂料满足了施工、使用和技术指标要求。对喷涂、烘烤参数和使用做了详细研究和分析。经过山东省内10余座高炉使用,该高炉喷涂料施工加水量≤4.5%,喷涂反弹率6%~8%,喷涂量8~10t/h,造衬后使用时间1.5~3 a,达到了国内领先水平。 Using synthetic mullite and corundum as main materials, Secar71, CTC20 and Elekm96 as additive materials, adding expansion and burning aecelerant, water-reducing admixture and antiknock reagent, we developed the spray refractory for blast furnace lining. The raw materials and particle composition were optimized and selected, making the spray refractory meet the needs of construction, using and technical indexes. At the same time, we studied and analyzed the parameters of spraying and firing and application in detail. By the spraying experiences on more than 10 blast furnaces in Shandong Province, our spraying refractory had been validated that water-adding quantity ≤ 4.5%, spraying quantity 8 - 10 t/h, rebound rate of spraying 6% - 8% and after the refractory lining made, the using life lasts for 1.5 - 3 years, So it has got the leading level of the line in China.
