摘要
针对半壳板材加热温度要求高(950℃)的特点,为了提高功能转换效率,设计采用了双中频(1.0 kHz和3.5 kHz)双感应加热电源、双加热炉串接结构。板材分别在两个不同频率的加热炉内加热,居里温度以下选择低频率(1.0 kHz),居里温度以上选择高频率(3.5 kHz),该设计思路与使用效果被证实是相吻合且合理高效的,达到了开发设计要求。
Aiming at the characteristic of high-temperature heating plate (950℃), in order to improve the conversion efficiency, authors, designed with double-IF (1.0 kHz and 3.5 kHz) dual induction heating power supplies, dual-heater rods structure; Plate respectively, in two different frequencies within the furnace was heated, the Curie temperature below selecting low frequency 1.0 kHz and Curie temperature above opting for a higher frequency 3.5 kHz. The design ideas and used results were found to be reasonable and coincides efficient, to the development of design requirements.
