摘要
通过静叶PID调节,在TRT运行时实现对2#1 880 m3高炉炉顶压力的控制。对快开旁通阀控制改造后,旁通阀不仅在TRT停机时参与顶压控制,同时在并网发电的顶压异常情况下参与顶压调节,稳定了炉顶压力,减少了因炉顶压力过大而造成的TRT停机故障,满足了高炉生产的需要。
The control for the top pressure of No.2 1 880 m^3 BF was realized through stator blade PID adjustment in TRT operation. After the transformation of fast bypass valve control, it participated in the control of the top pressure not only in the condition of TRT halt, at the same time, in the instance of abnormal top pressure when TRT connected to power grid. Then the top pressure was kept stable,the fault halt caused by large fluctuation of furnace top pressure was reduced and the needs of the blast furnace production was met.
