摘要
目的用药理实验方法研究五指毛桃根提取物对平滑肌的主要作用。方法恒定水温水浴提取药物成分;离体肠法测定药物对胃肠平滑肌的作用;离体器官法测定药物对气管平滑肌的作用。结果五指毛桃根对过度抑制状态的胃肠平滑肌有兴奋作用,对过度兴奋状态的胃肠平滑肌则有抑制的作用,呈现双向作用;对气管平滑肌则有舒张的单向作用。结论五指毛桃对小肠平滑肌有双向调节的作用、对痉挛的气管平滑肌有舒缓的作用。
Objective To study the main effects of Ridix Fici Hirtae extract liquor on smooth muscle by pharmacological method.Methods To extract the drug by stable water temperature;to monitorie the effects of the drug to intestines by ex-body intestines method and to trachea by ex-body trachea method.Results Ridix Fici Hirtae has contract and slacken effects to intestines.Conclusion Ridix Fici Hirtae has bi-direction adjust effects to smooth muscle.
