摘要 利用DSC、TGA等方法研究了稀释剂Ca3(PO4)2对Al粉氮化制备AlN粉末动力学的影响。结果表明,在Al粉中添加Ca3(PO4)2能显著加快氮化速率和提高氮化率。尽管稀释剂对氮化温度没有明显的影响,但添加稀释剂能降低Al熔化后的液滴尺寸,且Al液滴尺寸对氮化的动力学有重要影响,即小尺寸的熔融Al液滴有利于加快氮化速率和提高氮化率。 The effect of diluent Ca3(PO4)2 on the nitriding kinetics of AI powder to produce AIN powder was studied by DSC and TGA. It is shown that adding diluent Ca3(PO4)2 into AI powder results in the quicker nitriding rate and the higher conversion ratio, Although adding diluent has no apparent effect on the nitriding temperature of AI powder, it can lead to the decrease of melted AI particle size, which has significant effect on the nitriding kinetics of AI powder to produce AIN powder in nitrogen, that is to say, the smaller melted AI particle leads to the quicker nitriding rate and the higher conversion ratio.
