凤仙花种子的贮藏特性研究

Study on Storage Characteristics of Impatiens balsamina L.Seeds

通过比较普通开放式贮藏、0-4℃冷冻贮藏和硅胶干燥贮藏条件下的凤仙花种子的活力和细胞膜完整性的变化,发现硅胶干燥贮藏能保持凤仙花种子较高的活力和细胞膜结构的完整性,是一种理想的贮藏方法。

The changes of vigor and integrity of cell membrane were compared of Impatiens balsamina L. seeds stored in the condition of open room, low-temperature storage （0 -4 ℃ ） and drying silica gel respectively. The results showed that seeds stored by drying silica gel could maintain higher vigor and integrity of cell membrane. It suggested ultra-drying condition provided by drying silica gel is ideal for the storage of L balsamina L. seeds.
