摘要
介绍了超高速微细孔钻削的主要特点以及对钻削主轴组件的基本要求。针对这些要求,提出了将空气静压轴承应用于超高速微钻削电主轴支承结构中。对空气静压轴承支承的电主轴结构进行了分析,对径向及推力空气静压轴承的节流形式、节流器参数设计以及轴承间隙调整等问题进行了详细的论述。
This paper introduces the characteristics of micro-drilling and demands for the structure of the ultra-high speed motorized spindle.Aerostatic bearing is put forward as bearings for the spindle for its excellent high speed capability.A novel structure of motorized spindle with aerostatic bearings for micro drilling is analyzed.Air restrictor style and the parameters of the aerostatic bearings with orifice restrictors are optimized.The adjustment of the clearance of the aerostatic bearings is presented.
