摘要
基于微机械、微电子技术的胃肠道微型药丸是肠道疾病诊断、治疗以及胃肠道代谢特性研究的有效工具。本文介绍正在进行的用于肠道药物定点释放的微型药丸的研制工作,该微型药丸以压力气体致动式工作原理为物理模型,由体外定点控制实现药物定点释放功能。实验表明,本文研制的微型药丸生物相容性好释放动作比较可靠,可满足胃肠道定点药物释放的实验研究需要。
The micro-pill based on micro-mechanical and microelectronic technology is an effective tool for diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal diseases,studying the metabolizing characters of gastrointestinal.The research work of a micro-pill that can be used to drug delivery in gastrointestinal was discussed in this paper.The proposed micro-pill is based the Actuator-pressure gas model of piston,and the process of drug delivery in gastrointestinal is wireless controlled out side the human body.It was proved that the micro pill is biology-compatible very well,and the action of drug delivery is very credible.Also,the proposed micro-pill can satisfy the experimental research of drug delivery at any selected position in the gastrointestinal.
