摘要
针对当前水表校验系统存在的若干问题,本文提出了一种基于WinCC的水表读数自动校验系统。该系统在WinCC组态平台的基础上基于AciveX控件的形式,采用图像处理技术,实现了水表读数自动校验。该系统应用于国内某水表厂,取得了良好的效果。
To solve the problems of water meters calibration system,a WinCC-based automatic calibration system of water meters is proposed.The system is based on WinCC,and it integrates image processing technique with ActiveX controls.The system has been used in a water meters factory,and has obtained good results.
