介绍了多程序段热处理炉的控制系统原理,并实现了对升降温速度的精确控制.依据热处理的现场工艺和操作者的管理需求,着重介绍了上位机管理软件的设计思想,以及如何利用VB 6.0实现FP93智能温控仪到上位机的实时数据传输和上位管理机的管理功能.
The principle control system of multiple segment Heat-treatment Furnaces is introduced, and high precision control of tempera.turn rise and fall velocity is realized. According to the requirements of local techniques and operators in heat treatment, the furnace management system design idea and how to realize management functions and real-time data communication between management computer and FP3 temperature controller by VB 6.0. are emphatically introduced.
