This paper introduces the motion essary to solve the two problems of induced of electric charges in conductors, and points out that it is neccharge distribution and electrostatic field distribution when solving problems of conductors in electrostatic fields. With examples, this paper discusses the distribution of induced charge and electric-field intensity when the conductors earth in the electrostatic field.
