摘要
在人力资源管理中薪酬作为最直接最有效的对劳动的报答方式,是每一个用人单位必不可少的管理方法,薪酬对企业的竞争能力有很大的影响。如何客观、公正、公平、合理的回报为企业做出不同贡献的劳动者,从而既有利于企业的发展,又能保证员工从薪酬中获得经济上、心理上的满足,是现代企业必须解决的问题。
Salary is a direct and most effective way in which employers repay staffs for their work, and it exerts a tremendous influence upon the competition capacity of enterprises. Therefore, the salary administration is one of the most important assignments of the HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION in a modem enterprise. How to give staffs fair and reasonable repay according to their contributions, how to satisfy their economic and psychological needs, thus kindle their enthusiasm for creative labour and bring about an advance of enterprise, is a question for deep going study in a modem enterprise.
