拉深凸模排气孔对零件成形的影响

The effects of terrace die air vent on the drawing process

通过介绍2个拉深零件成形时,从最初采用无排气孔凸模,零件不能成形,到在凸模上开排气孔后,制成零件的试验过程,说明拉深凸模上排气孔对零件成形的影响。提示在设计拉深凸模时一定要注意开排气孔。

The experimental processes of shaping two drawing parts were introduced. By using the terrace die without air vent, the part could not be shaped; while by using terrace die with an air vent, the part was shaped successfully. The experiment result shows that air vent in terrace die has important effects on the part-shaping process. It was suggested that air vent is necessary in the design of drawing terrace die.
