城市重大体育事件突发性公共场所安全问题及对策研究

Research on Problem and Strategy of Contingency Safety Management in Urban Mega Sports Event

重大体育事件对地方发展具有重要意义已成为我国各地政府的共识,但随着规模扩大和场次的增加,安全保卫难度也随之提高,如何应对是一个极具现实意义的话题。尝试运用公共管理、事件管理、危机管理等理论从重大体育事件的概念、突发性公共场所安全问题表现、应对措施等几个方面进行分析和探讨。

It is widely accepted by local governments that mega sport events play important roles for its development. However, as events＇ scope expanding and times increasing, the probability of contingency the demands of security are increasing. This paper is tying to use theories of public management, event management and crisis management to discuss the conception of urban mega sports event, the phenomena of contingency in public place, and how to avoid accidents and minimize the negative effect.
