信息时代的体育专题资源整合——以游泳专项数据库的建立为例

Integration of Sports Subject Resources in the Information Age——On the Establishment of Swimming Information Database

当前,体育信息资源整合是体育信息化建设的重要基础工程,建立游泳专项信息数据库是对体育数据库的补充与深化,从两个方面阐述了游泳专项信息数据库建立的必要性。结合为"国家体育总局游泳运动管理中心"游泳信息服务实践,提出了专题数据库建立应具有专业性、全面与系统性、规范化、标准化、软硬件配置协调性的基本思路。同时讨论了数据库更新维护、经费支持、数据库的知识产权等问题。

Nowadays, sports resources integration is the one important basis of sports information construction. The establishment of swimming database is a supplement for comprehensive sport database. The necessity of establishing swimming information database was discussed from two aspects. Combined with information service practice of Swimming Management Center, some basic principals such as specialty, systematization, normalization, standardization, coordination of hardware and software in establishing specific database were suggested. Moreover, the issues of renewal, maintenance, fund support and tight of intellectual property of database were also discussed.
