摘要
探讨体育生活拓展训练培养大学生社会心理适应能力、促进心理素质发展的有效性,结果表明:1)体育生活拓展训练课程新颖独到、教学设计合理,符合大学生的身心发展特点,是提高大学生心理素质教育的有效途径;2)体育生活拓展训练课程对促进大学生的身体素质发展有明显的作用;3)体育生活拓展训练课程有效促进大学生的自我认识能力、缓解压力能力、人际关系能力、控制情绪能力、自我监控能力、自我效能等社会心理能力的变化,有利于大学生社会健康的发展;4)体育生活拓展训练课程有效调节紧张情绪紧张,缓解心理上的压力,形成合理的心理应付机制,在集体性的运动应激情景中使大学生在人际敏感、抑郁、恐怖、偏执等心理上的资源耗竭得到合理解决,有助于改善心理健康,具有积极的意义和作用。
We explore how to build university students' social psychological adaptive capacity in their outward bound devel- opment sports life and conduct experimental research to promote the development of students' psychological quality. The result shows: (1) sports outward development expands the training program novelty and originally, teaching is reasonable in design, it is an effective way of improving university student' s psychological quality-oriented education to accord with the physical and psychological development characteristic of university students; (2)sports outward development has obvious function in bringing about an advance in university students' physique ; (3)sports outward development can promote college students' social psychological ability such as self-cognifive ability, alleviate pressure ability, interpersonal relationships ability, control mood ability, self-control ability, self-efficiency etc, which benefits the healthy development of university students; (4)sports outward development can regulate tense mood effectively, alleviate the psychological tense pressure, form the rational psychology and deal with the mechanism. Sport in collective have positive meaning and function in helping to solve university students' psychological resource exhaustion like interpersonal sensitivity, depressionterror, thus contributing to improve their psychological health.
