摘要
为了适应高等教育的需要,提高大专生的心理健康水平,在体育课改教学实践中,运用新课标的教学理念,使教学模式得以更新、教学方式发生变化,并且确立了新的水平领域目标,改变了评价方式从而使教学内容的设计更加适用,结果显示,课改教学对学生的心理健康有积极的影响,能够极大的调动学生参与体育锻炼的积极性,激发学生参与体育锻炼的兴趣与动机。
In the teaching reform practice of Physical Education, in order to meet the requirement of advanced education and improve the psychological health of janior college student, the teaching principle of the new curricula standard is used. In view of the new standard, the teaching pattern and measure are changed , the new aim of the level field is established and the way that makes an estimate of the students appears different, and the design of the teaching content becomes more feasible. The findings of this study show the curricula reform has a positive influence on these students, mental health and can mobilize adequately the enthusiasm to participate in physical exercises and to raise their interest and motivation.
