摘要
目的:探讨优秀多人艇赛艇运动员最大心率特点和八人艇训练心率变化特点。方法:以优秀的多人艇赛艇男女桨手为研究对象,记录不同测试项目的最大心率,以及记录在多人艇上多次进行U2强度(氧利用2)训练和进行AT(无氧阈)强度训练时的心率。结果:1)相同的测功仪最大功测试,男女运动员最大心率无显著差异;不同的测试方法,女子赛艇运动员最大心率没有显著差异,但测试距离增加,最大心率有增加趋势;2)相同的八人艇训练项目,不同的训练课,运动员的相对稳态心率变化不一,缺乏重复性。在同一次训练中,运动员的相对稳态心率也存在一定差异。结论:监控多人艇上单人训练强度的方法去推测多人艇的训练强度并不科学。多人艇训练对机体内部的刺激是不一致的,多人艇训练过多可能会对个体体能产生负面影响。
To investigate the characteristics of the maximum heart rate of the elite rowers of multi-person scull and the variation of the heart rate of the 8 eight-person scull training, we took the elite female and male rowers as subjects, recorded the maximum heart rate of the different tests, and the heart rate of the U2 training and the AT training in multi-person scull. The result shows: 1) There was no significant difference of the maximum heart rate between women and men testing by the same ergometer. The maximum heart rate of women rowers shows no significant difference among the different tests but shows a tendency to rise with the increased distance of the test. 2) The relative steady heart rate changes are lack of repeatability and vary with the different training courses despite the same training item. It also varies with the different rowers in the same training course. In summary, it may be inappropriate to use the method of monitoring the intensity of single rower in multi-person scull to infer the intensity of the whole multi-person scull. What's more, too much training on multiperson scull may influence the physical ability of single rowers.
