摘要
以参加健身俱乐部的20名青年女性伏案工作者(女教师和文职类女性)为实验对象,随机分为两组,进行为期16周的不同运动负荷的有氧健身操锻炼,对其锻炼前后心肺功能的变化进行研究分析。以此探讨不同负荷的有氧运动对机体心肺功能的影响,为进一步研究有氧运动的时间、周期及运动方式在提高身体机能方面的功效,以及为青年女性科学的健身运动提供可咨询的依据。
This experiment takes twenty young office women (female teachers and female secretaries) who attend fitness club as experimental objects and separate them into two groups randomly. It analyzes the changes of cardiopulmonary functions before and after aerobic calisthenics which last sixteen weeks with different exercise loads. Based on this experiment, it is discussed the influence of different aerobic calisthenics exercise loads on cardiopulmonary function. It provides the references to further efficacious researches of aerobic calisthenics' time, cycle and exercise modes to physical function improvement and also to the consultant on young female scientific exercise.
