通过分析高校系统开展女子足球运动的基础能力,得出结论:高校女足队员大多数来源于专业队,学校系统未形成稳定的输送渠道。队员年龄结构和训练水平发展不平衡,不利于高校女足持续稳定发展。教练员队伍对承担训练工作是称职的,但教练员、运动员待遇有待提高,高校足高校女足运动发展的基础条件基本满足高校女足发展的需要。

Most women soccer players originate from the specialized team in higher schools. The school system has not formed a stable transportation channel. The team members＇ age structure and the training level development are not balanced, which is disadvantageous to sustainable development of women＇ s football, The trainer troop is competent for the training work, but the treatment of trainers and athletes should be improved. Therefore, the foundation condition for universities should basically meet the need of universities women＇ s football movement development.
