摘要 为实现低温条件下污水厂的快速启动,首次应用生物强化技术在哈尔滨太平污水厂进行工程应用研究.结果表明:采取活化菌液、生物菌剂与生物污泥共同投加的生物强化启动方式,在气温低于10℃、水温低于14℃的条件下,通过先异步后同步的复合培菌方法,有效克服低温、低负荷、贫营养、水量波动等不利因素的影响,成功完成系统的快速启动.在进水COD、NH4+-N和SS平均质量浓度分别为210 mg/L、37.4 mg/L和218 mg/L的条件下,出水水质分别达到44 mg/L、2.3 mg/L和16.6 mg/L,优于设计指标.表明生物强化技术在低温污水厂快速启动中的应用是成功的. In order to achieve rapid start - up of a wastewater treatment plant under low temperature, a practical application study on bioaugmentation technolegy was carried out at Harbin, Tai Ping sewage treatment plant for the first time. The results showed that co - addition of activated bacterium solution, bio - preparation together with bio - sludge and multiple culture of bacterium under ambient temperature of 10 ℃ and sewage temperature of 14 ℃ had efficiently overcome the negative effects of low temperature, low loading, poor nutrition and sewage quantity fluctuation etc. After treatment, the average concentration of COD, NH4^+ - N and SS were decreased from 210 mg/L, 37.4 mg/L and 218 mg/L to 44 mg/L, 2.3 mg/L and 16.6 mg/L respectively, the effluent quality preceded the design parameters. Therefore, the engineering application of bioaug- mentation technology during rapid start - up of a sewage treatment plant under low temperature was successful and worthy of popularization.
