夹脊电针对大鼠脊髓损伤后NGF和BDNF表达的影响 被引量:16

摘要 为了探讨夹脊电针治疗脊髓损伤的机制,选用Wistar健康雄性大鼠,随机分为模型组、电针(密波)治疗组、地塞米松组及假手术组,采用改良的Allen's捶击法致大鼠T11-12脊髓损伤,应用免疫组织化学方法观察脊髓损伤早期NGF和BDNF的表达.结果说明:伤后6 h内进行治疗,能更好地促进损伤大鼠的运动功能恢复,并且脊髓损伤早期,地塞米松治疗疗效优于密波组;脊髓损伤中晚期,密波组疗效好于药物组.夹脊电针可上调NGF和BDNF表达,从而对神经损伤和修复起重要作用. To investigate the mechanisms of Huatuo Jiaji electro-acupuncture on spinal cord injury, healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups, the model group, the close wave treated group, the dexameson group and sham-operation group. The model rat with T11-12 spinal cord injury was established by modified Allen's hammer blow method. The expression of nerve growth factor (NGF) and brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in early spinal cord injury was determined by using immunohistochemistry method. It was shown that in early spinal cord injury, the curative effect in the dexameson group was superior to that in the close wave treated group, especially injured in 6 h, it could improved the recovery of motor function of injured rats. In the middle and late period, the curative effect in the close wave treated group was better than that in the medicated group. So Huatuo Jiaji electro-acupuncture plays an important role in recoverying the spinal cord injury by up-regulating the expression of NGF and BDNF
