摘要
为分析再制造供应链的性能,采用了基于广义随机Petri网的建模分析方法,并根据广义随机Petri网与马尔可夫链的同构关系,将广义Petri网模型转化为等价的马尔可夫链模型.通过马尔可夫链及相关数学方法得出再制造供应链的主要性能指标.该方法不仅可以分析整个再制造供应链的性能,还能对各个环节的运作效率做定量分析,为再制造供应链回收再制造模式的选择提供了一个思路.
The paper applies the GSPN to model remanufacturing supply chain to analyze its performance, and convert it to Markov Chain because the GSPN is isomorphic with Markov Chain. With Markov Chain and corresponding mathematics methods we get the main indexes' performance. The method can not only analyze the whole remanufacturing supply chain' s performance but also analyze the performance of every process in the chain. Furthermore, the paper contributes to the collecting and remanufacturing pattern choice.
