摘要 在世界范围内,CT检查频率正逐渐增高,CT的辐射剂量越来越受到公众和科学界的关注。许多技术和方法可以提高射线的利用效率、降低辐射剂量,而且不降低图像质量。本文主要讨论这些技术和方法的原理、临床应用和其局限性。 The frequency of CT examinations is increasing in the world and CT radiation dose has been being paid attention to in the public and scientific circle. Many technologies and methods allow an increase in the dose efficiency without the risk of inferior image quality, thus the radiation dose to patients to be reduced. This paper discusses briefly the principles, clinical use and limitations of the technologies and methods.
