Browsing and Transmitting of DICOM Image in Web

本文介绍了在HIFU远程诊断系统中,DICOM图像的web浏览与传输子系统的设计与实现。首先阐述了远程医疗、DICOM的基本概念,介绍了DICOM格式文件的结构,提出了以.NET平台的C#.net与VC++混合开发模式,实现DICOM影像的Web浏览。本系统已在HIFU肿瘤手术室中心稳定运行。

Describes the design and implement of Browsing of DICOM images in web and transmitting sub-system in HIFU Tele-diagnostic system. Expatiates the basic concepts of long-distance medical service, DICOM etc. at first and the structure of DICOM files, puts forward the mix-patterned development on basis of C#.net and VC＋＋. And then, discusses the implementation of web browse of DICOM images and the scheme of image file compression and ti＇ansmission.
