摘要
我们设计出了用甲醇致冷的封闭式冷冻盒,改变组织冷冻方法,提供组织所需的合适温度,克服了组织欠冻和过度硬化等现象。经过二年多使用,效果令人满意。
A freezing box is manufactured to be used for embedding tissues and freezing wax block before sectioned according to the requirements of the field medical equipment, which changes the method of freezing tissues, provides the appropriate temperature needed for tissues, avoids the phenomenon of under freezing and excessive hardening, increases the speed and quality of sectioning and ensures the file information clean and beautiful.
