摘要
从新时期大学教师的重要职责、大学教师应具备的素质和当前大学教师亟待解决的主要问题三个方面出发,详细论述了怎样才能当好新时期的大学教师。
How to be good university teachers in new era is a very important issue. This paper illustrates detailedly how to be good university teachers from three aspects, such as the impotent duties of university teachers, the quality university teachers should have and the urgent problems needed to be solved in the present teaching.
