摘要
本文在对民族品牌走向合资的原因和合资的影响进行分析的基础上,又从行业和企业两个角度全面分析了民族品牌合资的成功与失败,最后提出打造自己民族品牌的对策,对我国民族品牌的发展有一定的借鉴作用。
This paper analyzes the failure and success of home - brand joint ventures from the perspectives of industries and enterprises based on the analysis of the causes and influences of home - brand joint ventures, and the author puts forward the countermeasures of creating Chinese own home- brands which will be helpful for the development of Chinese brands
