以公众满意为导向的城市发展质量评价体系构建

Construction of the City Development Quality Evaluation System Oriented by the Public Satisfaction

构建以公众满意为导向的城市发展质量评价体系,可以分别沿着公众满意属性、公众需求强度和公众满意级度3个维度展开。论文提出了运用公众需求调查与专家系统分析相结合的方法确定公众需求结构以及指标群简化和提炼的思路。而后,论文就公众需求强度—指标赋权以及公众满意级度—评价标识问题进行了分析。

The city development quality evaluation system oriented by the public satisfaction can be established from the following three perspectives： public satisfaction attributes, public demand intensity and public satisfaction measurement. This paper puts forward the idea of determining public demanding structure by public demand investigation and experts＇s system analysis. The paper also presents the ways of the simplifying and abstracting the indices, and analyses the problems concerning the public demand intensity and the public satisfaction measurement.
