摘要
根据相似性原理研制AZ31镁合金静液挤压实验模拟成形装置,在630 kN液压机上以彩色塑性胶泥为模拟材料进行了静液挤压实验模拟,证明AZ31镁合金静液挤压成形工艺的可行性。应用Deform-3D有限元分析软件对直径3 mm的镁合金丝进行了静液挤压成形工艺仿真研究,得到350℃镁合金静液挤压时温度场分布、应力应变分布及挤压力等技术数据,为AZ31镁合金静液挤压成形工艺及模具设计提供了理论依据。
Based on .analogical theory, a simulator of AZ31 magnesium alloy, for hydrostatic extrusion is made, as the simulate material. The colorized plasticene is extruded under 630 kN hydraulic press for hydrostatic extrusion experimental simulation. The feasibility of shaped arts and crafts of AZ31 magnesium alloy hydrostatic extrusion is proved. The hydrostatic extrusion processing of theФ3 mm AZ31 magnesium alloy silk is simulated by numerical simulation software Deform-3D, based on which the temperature field, stress field, strain field and working load etc at the temperature of 350℃ were obtained. Hence a reliable reference basis is provided for AZ31 magnesium alloy hydrostatic extruded arts and crafts and die design.
