According to the demand of the modem intelligent building management , the paper researches into the system of temperature controlling and metering per household for the central air - conditioning terminal installations, and emphatically introduces a system of the air - conditioning use fee charge in the technigue of power line signal carrier, based on the core of the PIC single chip microcontroller. It detaily introduces a design plan of hardware and software for the system and the key to technology.
