草酸与草酸钙晶体损伤肾脏的机制研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 尿石症以肾结石多见,是一种严重影响人类健康的常见病和多发病,其中,80%以上的结石成分是草酸钙(CaOx)晶体。近年发现,暴露于高浓度草酸(0x)或CaOx晶体的肾脏上皮细胞会产生活性氧簇(ROS),导致自身损伤,细胞损伤的程度与晶体的浓度和接触晶体的时间成正比,
